This hostel is well-located, close to the historic center and on a normal road, making it easily accessible. The rooms are relatively small, but the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are kept clean and the WiFi is strong. There is a nice common area with a kitchen, tables, and a large TV with game consoles. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is great, especially for a short stay.
The kitchen could be cleaner and more spacious, limiting self-catering options.

The location of the hostel was great, close to all the attractions and easy to get around. One of the best things about my stay was the free laundry service included with the room.
The pillows provided were uncomfortable and gave me neck pain. I wasn't a fan of the bunk beds, they were not very comfortable for me.

I recently stayed at the Wild Monkey in Cuenca for a few nights and I had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to the historic center and just a short walk to the river. The rooms were cozy, accommodating 3-4 people, and the bathrooms were cleaned daily. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I broke my fibula. They went above and beyond to assist me, changing my room to minimize stairs, helping with my bags, and even arranging transportation to the medical facility. The value for the price was excellent, with complimentary towels, breakfast, and even free laundry service. I had a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient amenities.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
